I tried the article that I was linked to, and it said that I needed to update my Realtek drivers to or above the problem with this is that I couldn't find any. Your PC has a driver or service that isn't ready for this version of Windows 10.". I'm using the media installer, which works fine until it prepares the update, and says "Realtek Bluetooth ![]() So I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.
